Multipost Support Centre tickets are monitored Monday to Friday between 9am through 6pm Eastern time.
Retailers are encouraged to submit tickets for non urgent enquiries any time of day - enquiries will be responded to during regular business hours.
Please note that "how to" assistance for reporting, polling and year end are not supported on evenings and weekends
