Multipost Support Centre tickets are monitored Monday to Friday between 9am through 6pm Eastern time.Submit Ticket Now
Retailers are encouraged to submit tickets for non urgent enquiries any time of day – enquiries will be responded to during regular business hours.
Please note that “how to” assistance for reporting, polling and year end are not supported on evenings and weekends.
